Pondicherry University invites application to various courses.
Courses Offered
Programmes offered include MBA, M.Sc, M.Tech, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, M.A, M.Phil, M.Com, MCA, Ph.D, Post Graduate Diploma, and M.Sc courses in Basic Clinical Sciences. To apply for any of these Masters courses, you should hold a relevant Bachelors degree with at least 50% of aggregate marks. You will be picked for admissions based on your score in the entrance exam.

Note: No need to send any hard copies to the university(except for defence personals). How ever it is advised by the university to PRINT filled Application Form and retain a copy for future reference.
Special Instructions for Defence Personnel
Defence Personnel also should apply online only. They should however, take a print out of the online Application Form and forward the same through the respective Head Quarter to the following address:

Application Fees
For Ph.D., PG/PG Diploma Courses
- NRIs/Foreign Nationals Rs.750/-
- General Rs. 250/-
- SC/ST Rs. 125/-
- Differently Abled -Nil-
Payment can be made in either:
- Online Payment: Select Online Payment for using Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking. If successful, a confirmation e-mail and SMS will be sent and then proceed further with Application Registration.
- Challan (Cash) Payment in Indian Bank: A Challan will be displayed on the screen Print CHALLAN ( will have three portions). Fill up and make payment in a convenient Indian Bank branch. One copy with the stamp of the bank and a JOURNAL number will be returned as acknowledgement. Payment made will be updated (by the Next Business Day); e-mail and SMS confirmation will be sent. Re-login to continue with the Registration
