The Science and Engineering Research Board, Government of India has funded a National Network for Mathematical and Computational Biology (NNMCB). The primary goal of this network is to promote research activities and provide training in mathematical and computational biology throughout India.
Procedure: Interested students need to complete an online form using link below. All faculty members available for programs are listed on the NNMCB website. Applicants can choose 3 from the list. Result will be announced in Jan 2015.
Eligibility: Bachelors (3rd and 4th year) and Masters students
Duration: 3 Months, any time in 2015 according to availability of faculty and students convenience.
Fellowship amount: Rs 10,000/- per month. Outstation interns can receive up tp Rs. 5,000/- per month accommodation and up to Rs. 3,000/- for travel by 2nd AC train from their home place to nodal center.
