Department of Biotechnology has invited applications for admission to two year MSc (Biotechnology) by paper from the students who have passed science graduate (BSc) from University of Mumbai and other Universities. (Notification)
Eligibility:
BSc (three year integrated course) degree examination of this University or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto seven units in Biotechnology (i.e minimum required for majoring in the subject).
Admission forms are available in the Department of Biotechnology University of Mumbai, Vidyanagri, Santacruz(E), Kalina, Mumbai - 98.
Admission of students belonging to the reserved category i e SC / ST / DT / NT / OBC / SBC etc are as per the rules. Application must be accompanied by cast certificate issued by the Competent Authority. In case of OBC / SBC and DT / NT students the requisite NON - Creamy Layer Certificate issued in the Current Financial Year should be appended to the application.
Requirement with admission forms
a) One Attested copy of the mark-sheet of sem Vth & Vlth BSc examinations obtained by University website along with their originals.
b) For BSc Examination from Other University: Attested copies of the mark-sheets of First, Second & Third year BSc examinations along with their originals.

Last of date of submission of completed form: Up to 20th August, 2015 (10.00 to 5.00)
First Merit List: 24th August, 2015 (5.00)
