IIT Bombay under the aegis of National Program on Differential Equations – Theory, Computation, and Applications (NPDE-TCA) has announced an instructional summer school on Differential Equations for students at Undergraduate and Advanced levels (2 separate training programs).
About NPDE-TCA:
NPDE-TCA is a 5 year national program sponsored by Department of Science & Technology and being managed by IIT Bombay ‘To create human resource and generate knowledge source for academia and industry in the area of differential equations for real life problems.
About Summer Schools:
There are 2 instructional summer schools (training programs) that have been announced as below:
Undergraduate Level:
This program is open to B.Sc (Mathematics), BE/B.Tech students who have completed atleast 2 years of studies. The program would be conducted between May 26-June 14 at the Maulana Azad National Institute Of Technology, Bhopal.
Advanced Level:
This program is open to Research Scholars, Senior M.Sc (Mathematics), or BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech students who have completed PG level training program earlier. The program would be conducted between May 26-June 13 at IISER Thiruvananthapuram.
The last date to apply for both these training programs is April 6, 2014.
