International Advanced Research Centre For Powder Metallurgy And New Materials (ARCI), Hyderabad is inviting applications for its summer internships.
Through these summer internships, training is given on some of the selected research areas relevant to ARCI’s ongoing R&D program. Under the guidance of the scientist, each student is expected to carry out an independent mini project.
Who can apply:
Students who have completed their first year of ME/M.Tech/M.Sc or 2nd/3rd year of BE/B.Tech (with a rank within top 10% of their present class AND with a minimum of 8.0 CGPA or 80% marks or equivalent; 0.5 CGPA or 5% relaxation in case of SC/ST candidates) can apply.

45-60 days during May-June, 2014
Number of Internships: Upto 60
Stipend:
This is an unpaid internship. ARCI will not provide any travelling allowance/stipend/local transport/accommodation and the students will have to make their own arrangements. However, canteen facility at subsidized rates is provided on working days (from Monday to Friday).
A certificate of participation will be provided on successful completion and submission of report.
The deadline for the receipt of applications is March 31, 2014.
